Really? Do we need to answer this one? Well, think of a person who sits on their couch being ridiculously good looking. Now think of us… well not us, but our Cush Potatoes Pillows being that person instead, well not a person, but a pillow.
For our standard stocked items, our regular lead time is 5-10 business days plus shipping time. All of our items are custom and made to order. Our lead time is slightly longer but you get a better quality product.
If an item is backordered, then the lead time will be 11-14 business days plus shipping time. Yes you can still order it but it will take us a little bit longer to get it to you. We will email you and let you know if a particular pillow is on backorder.

Our fabrics are not just from one specific source. Some are from the US, some are from Asia and of course some are from Canada. We look around around the world for the fabrics that call to us… the ones that we believe are worthy of becoming a Cush Potato Pillow.
Sorry our pillows are not customizable at this time. We will be working on implementing some sort of customization options in the future though.
Because every monitor is different, there will always be variation between the colour shown and the actual fabric. As well because all our pillows shown on the site are 3D reproductions, they cannot all be 100% accurate but we strive to be as close as possible. If accurate colour is a great concern, we recommend getting a fabric swatch from us before buying.
Our pillow inserts are 100% new pure white polyester.

Yes! For interior designers, architects and retail buyers. Unfortunately not on our discounted or sale items but all our regular items are fair game. Please contact us for more details. You will require a business card and a resale certificate to qualify.

We currently provide free shipping on orders that are over $200 CDN before shipping and taxes.
