Customer pays return shipping. Sale and discounted purchases are final (includes coupon codes).
Item(s) must be received by Cush Potatoes Pillows within 14 days of final delivery receipt to customer. Customers must also contact Cush Potatoes Pillows within 2 calendar days of receiving their item(s) of their intent to return.
Items must be in original condition with all packaging and all hang tags still attached.
A restocking fee of 5% applies to all returns. A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns the Cush Potatoes Pillows is not notified about.
Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
We currently accept PayPal. We will be offering independent Visa and Mastercard credit card payments very shortly. Thanks for your patience.
All pricing is subject to change at anytime.
All Cush Potatoes pillows are individually crafted, so please allow 5-7 business days for production time plus delivery time. Please allow 10-12 business days for backordered items plus delivery time.
We ship our pillows via Canada Post and FedEx. We currently ship to Canada and the United States (expect Alaska and Hawaii).
